 The FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MÉXICO™ is awarded as "Promoter of the year" by the FIA Americas Awards for second time

 

• Diego Pérez Palacios, Commercial and Strategic Alliances Director of the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MÉXICO 2018™, collected the award in Uruguay.

On Monday, July 23, the FIA ​​Americas Awards ceremony took place in the city of Montevideo, Uruguay, The event recognises the most outstanding elements in motorsport and road safety in the Americas. For the second time, Corporación Interamericana de Entretenimiento (CIE) – promoters of the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MÉXICO™ – received the award for "Promoter of the Year". This prize takes into consideration the quality of the track, planning, execution, logistics of the event amongst other criteria. Diego Pérez Palacios, Commercial and Strategic Alliances Director of the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MÉXICO™ collected the award in person.
